At our firm, we understand that determining design fees for a landscape plan can complex. Following a preliminary site analysis and our initial meeting we provide estimated costs based the project value. This helps clients gain a general understanding of the budget for the design process, which may vary depending on the scale, complexity, and specific requirements of each project. By so, we aim to ensure transparency and clarity in our pricing structure.

• On site consultation      $250

• Consultation with written report    $450 

• Design fees project  of value $60-100,000.00       $3700

• Design fees project  of value $100,000.00 & up will be estimates on demand

• Design fees of $130/hrs for the principal designer and $100/hrs for senior technical assistant.

• Project oversight fees of $130/hrs

• Travel time as extra if the property 50 km +

* Note that preliminay consultation fees ($250) will be deducted from the plan fees determined. 

 

The plan includes a list of the hardscape & softscape materials required. Drawings of the project will be sent in pdf format and printed in 24" X 36" format and  11"X17".

 Different options can be provided at additional costs such as :

• Color rendering 

• ​Comprehensive plant lists

• Irrigation layout

• Layout of exterior lighting

• Technical profile (cut view), if required

 

Time estimates for these options will be discussed at the preliminary meeting and added to the design fees at an hourly rate.
